Dear Knotical Community,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce Knotical Chiropractic will be closing July 17 2026. My partner has landed a permanent job outside of HRM which requires us to move. Thankfully, the move will be back to Antigonish, my home town, where we can be closer to family as we raise our daughter Eden! While we are extremely sad to be leaving the city and Knotical, we know ultimately Antigonish is where we wanted to land in the long term (it’s just happening a bit sooner than planned!).

Excitingly, we are in the process of getting Amanda Pigeon (Massage Therapist at Knotical) approved to take over the office space and continue on as usual, but under her leadership (the only small difference being no chiropractor). We hope to keep this transition as smooth as possible for you all and will update you on this information as we gather more :)

I have included a list of clinics in the Downtown area below for other chiropractors, and if you would prefer to see someone in another area (ie closer to home or work) please let me know and I can make specific recommendations for you!

I will be adding additional hours to ensure that those who would like to get a few more appointments in before I move, have the opportunity to do so.

Once Knotical closes, your files will be safely and securely stored in compliance with health regulatory standards. If you should ever need a copy of your chart, feel free to reach out to me at drcatiegavin@gmail.com as the clinic email will no longer be active after Sept 2026.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for being an integral part of Knotical Chiropractic over the last number of years, I’ll miss you all!
