As of February 1st, 2024 we have increased the fees for Massage and Chiropractic services to keep up with industry standards.

While we do not want to cause any inconvenience or financial hardship to our valued clients & patients, we hope that you understand our decision to increase our fees. It has been 5+ years since we have made an increase in Chiropractic fees, and 3+ years for Massage.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask one of our staff!

Chiropractic Initial Assessment & Treatment (45min): $110 Regular Subsequent Visit (15min): $65 Re-Assessment/ Extended Chiropractic Visit (30min): $85

Dr. Catie’s interest in health and proper functioning of the human body began while she completed her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University in her hometown, Antigonish, NS. Dr. Catie followed her interest in the human body, and continued her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2015.

As a member of the women’s varsity hockey team at St. Francis Xavier, Dr. Catie experienced her fair share of sport-related injuries. Chiropractic care made a significant difference in her performance on and off the ice, and she still loves to play regularly. Dr. Catie actively treats athletes ranging from the weekend warrior, to national and Olympic level athletes.

Dr. Catie treats a variety of acute and chronic conditions brought on by both sports, and general wear and tear. Her approach to treatment includes a combination of orthopedic and functional assessment, current evidence-based research, patient preference, and clinical experience. Acupuncturist Kristen Gordon was born and raised in Liverpool, a small town on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. She played high performance sports during her childhood, which led her to attend the University of Prince Edward Island where she studied Kinesiology. After graduating with a BSc in Kinesiology with Honours, she continued her studies in Bedford, NS at the Canadian College of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine with a specialization in Cosmetic Acupuncture & Facial Rejuvenation. Kristen is a Registered Acupuncturist through The Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC).

During her time playing hockey, she incurred a number of concussions and got relief from a TCM practitioner through Acupuncture & TCM Modalities. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Modalities she offers include: Acupuncture, Fire Cupping, Meridian Massage, and Acupressure Massage.

Kristen is a general practitioner, with a specialization in Cosmetic Acupuncture. She is excited to help new and old clients by treating and maintaining a wide variety of health conditions, such as mental health, musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues (bloating, IBS, constipation), allergies, addictions, respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD, coughs & colds), stress management, PMS, insomnia, boost immunity, tone face & reduce wrinkles, along with many other conditions.

Amanda graduated in 2007 from Compu College in Saint John in conjunction with ICT School of Northumberland. She was trained in Swedish massage, and has made a career focusing on therapeutic deep tissue massage. She is passionate about assisting her clients along their health journeys, and helping them reach their goals.

Over her years of practice, Amanda has built on her education and knowledge of other modalities so that she can offer her clients the best healing approaches available. Some of these modalities include: Table Thai Yoga Massage, Sacral Blocking, Gua Sha, Reflexology, Reiki, Cupping, and more.
